Dhiyom Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TaalaVerse mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

1. Information Collection and Use

TaalaVerse is designed to provide a premium musical experience with privacy as a core principle. While we do not collect personal contact details like your name or email, we collect specific information to provide functionality and improve your experience:

i. Anonymous Authentication

We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign a unique identifier (UID) to your device. This allows us to maintain your taala preferences and verify your subscription status without knowing your personal identity.

ii. Purchase History

If you purchase a Lifetime Access or Subscription plan, we use RevenueCat to process and store your purchase history. This ensures that your premium features remain active even if you reinstall the App.

iii. Microphone Access

The App requests permission to access your device’s microphone specifically for the Tuner feature.

    Purpose: To analyze frequency and pitch for instrument tuning

    Data Handling: Audio data is processed in real-time locally on your device

    No Recording: We do not record, store, or transmit any audio data to our servers or any third parties

2. Analytics and Device Identifiers

i. Google Analytics for Firebase

We collect aggregated data regarding app interaction to monitor stability and improve feature sets. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

ii. Advertising ID

We use the Android Advertising ID for marketing attribution and performance measurement. This helps us understand which referrals lead to app usage.

iii. Crash Reporting & Diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect performance logs and diagnostic data to ensure the reliability of our high-performance audio engine.

3. Data Handling and Security

i. Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted between the App and our service providers (Firebase/RevenueCat) is protected using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.

ii. Data Retention

We retain anonymous identifiers and purchase history for as long as necessary to provide app functionality and maintain subscription entitlements.

iii. No Third-Party Sale

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Your Privacy Choices

If you wish to have your anonymous UID and associated purchase history deleted, please contact us with your anonymous ID found in the App Settings.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TaalaVerse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its proprietary 35-Suladi Saptha Taala logic, audio engine, authentic tambura sounds, visual rendering, and all associated code, is the exclusive property of Dhiyom Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal musical practice and performance

3. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of the App

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TaalaVerse is provided "as is." While we have engineered the app for precision and high stability, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free at all times

5. Limitation of Liability

Dhiyom Technologies shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
